These website terms and conditions aim to make Power Up Pins an easy and safe place to trade. They contain the entire agreement between You (the Customer) and Us, Power Up Pins (the Company) relating to your purchase from us at You are responsible for reading all information in these terms and conditions fully. By placing an order with us you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Our registered office is in London. We do not currently offer a customer collection service at our premises. All communications should be made via our Contact Form. It is our policy to respond to all communications within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) – in reality this happens far more quickly.

1.  General

1.1 The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions. By accessing this website and buying our products you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of such access. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out below), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will continue to apply. Failure of the Company to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions and any Agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions or of any Agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision. These Terms and Conditions shall not be amended, modified, varied or supplemented except in writing and signed by duly authorised representatives of Power Up Pins a trading name of Badgebase Limited.

1.2 It is unlawful to reproduce a Power Up Pins product, photograph, illustration or website without written permission from the company.

1.3 Power Up Pins uses Stripe and PayPal for online credit/debit card payments and does not store any credit card information. Stripe and PayPal will not pass any of your personal information, including credit or debit card information to any third party.

1.4 It is your responsibility to ensure that the details which you provide to us for the purpose of ordering goods are correct and that the credit/debit card and PayPal account are your own and have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order.

2.  Delivery

2.1 Power Up Pins has a clear and transparent lead time policy, details of which are found on our product pages and our Delivery page.

2.2 All delivery charges are advertised clearly on our website and are accepted as soon as an order is placed.

2.3 Power Up Pins ships via Royal Mail and if required via UK Mail courier. Details can be found on our Delivery page.

2.4 If for any reason there is going to be a delay in processing your order, then we will contact you immediately, where you can exercise your right to cancel your order if you so wish.

2.5 Power Up Pins is not liable to process a refund for any order which is subject to postal delays and therefore arrives late. Proof of postage is gained for all items as they are dispatched.

3.  Returns/Replacement Policy 


3.3 Upon receipt of the delivery, the customer must inspect the goods and notify us within 24 days of any problem arising, whereupon we will issue return authorisation and details. 

3.4 Returned of non-processed goods must be received within 5 days of notifying us (within 24 hours of receipt). Tracking details must be supplied by the customer when returning goods.

3.5 All fees for transportation of good are non-refundable

3.6 Faulty goods: If there is a problem with your order, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights. This will generally mean we will replace or repair the product.

3.7 Where the product/s is faulty we will replace or repair the product/s.

3.8 Where the product/s are faulty as a result of the customer submitting incorrect information at the time of ordering or for failing to submit any or all of the required information for personalisation of the product, Power Up Pins will not be liable for replacement of the product/s. (See also 1.4)

3.9 We can only accept returns of non-processed products in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of the original order being placed.

3.10 If the order sent to you is the result of our mistake, Power Up Pins will cover the cost of sending you the necessary products in order to rectify the order. Please note, this does not apply to processed goods (customised/personalised).

4. Cancellation and Returns and Sale or Return items
4.1 This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel: Products which we may have offered for sale with Personalisation.  (Please see 3.1 Faulty goods)

4.2 If the items in your order are accepted, opened and used, then Distance Selling Regulations will apply.

4.3 You can cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us. This does not apply to any product where artwork has been produced and signed off to go to production, by the client.

4.4 You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. 

4.5 If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must also ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. We recommend you use a postal service with a proof of delivery.

4.6 If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and the consequence of this is damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

4.7 This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty or if we make a mistake with your order.

4.8 Occasionally we offer items as Sale or Return by prior agreement with a client. Where this is the case, returned items must be in the point of sale bags supplied by us, unopened and unused to allow us to recycle parts for sale. The cost of postage for Sale or Return items must be covered by the customer and we recommend sending as Recorded Delivery as in the case of a package going missing in the mail, the full cost of our Sale or Return invoice will apply to the client.

5.  Refunds

If for any reason Power Up Pins issues a refund to you, please note that:

5.1 Refunds are issued in the same way that payment was made.

5.2 You will be notified of the refund by email. The refund may come either direct from Power Up Pins  by company cheque or from Stripe or PayPal, if this was the original payment method.

5.3 Following receipt of the returned product, refunds take up to 14 business days (Monday-Friday) to be processed by Power Up Pins and may then take up to a further 5 business days for your bank to process before funds become available in your account - according to the method of original payment. We do however reserve the right to refund you within 30 days of the return of the product.

6.  Product Images & Specifications

6.1 Whilst we endeavour to ensure all images and product information displayed on our website is correct at the time of publication, the final product may vary slightly due to the nature of the design, changes to components by our suppliers and elements supplied by you for personalisation.

7.1 Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights exists on all text, graphics, photographs, logos, icons and products relating to the services and products of Power Up Pins along with the full content of this website.

7.2 The Power Up Pins logo and Power Up Pins are registered trademarks of Power Up Pins a trading name of Badgebase Limited in the United Kingdom. The brand names and specific services of Power Up Pins featured on this web site are trademarked.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 Power Up Pins is committed to protecting the privacy of all people who visit out site. By placing an order with Power Up Pins you consent to the collection and use of your information under the terms and conditions of this site.

8.2 The information you supply us with will enable us to provide you with access to all parts of our website and to supply the products you have ordered. It will also enable us to invoice you and to contact you where necessary concerning your order. We will also use and analyse the information we collect so that we can administer, support, improve and develop our business.

8.3 We may use your information to contact you for your views on our services and to notify you occasionally about important changes or developments to the website or our products and services. In addition, we might also use your information to let you know by email about other products and services which Power Up Pins offers now or in the future which may be of interest to you.

8.4 We do not pass any of your information to any third party and as Power Up Pins Ltd. uses Stripe and PayPal for online credit/debit card payments we do not store any credit/debit card information.

8.5 Stripe and PayPal will not pass any of your personal information, including credit or debit card information to any third party.

Your use of this website and/or purchase of our product/s, indicate your understanding, agreement to and acceptance of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
